I acknowledge that there is NO paved area at Bynuh’s Field and everyone is required to walk on dirt and grass. I am authorized to act as the representative of [the Clan listed above] at the 2025 Savannah Scottish Games ("Games"). I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE FIELD AND PARKED IN THE APPROPRIATE PARKING AREA BY 8:30 A.M. ON THE DAY OF THE GAMES AND UNTIL AFTER THE CLOSING CEREMONIES. In consideration for being permitted to use the premises and facilities, and to participate in the Games, I RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Savannah Scottish Games, Inc. or Bethesda Academy, Bethesda-Union Society of Savannah, Inc., or their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers for any and all claims (including, but not limited to personal injuries and property damages) , costs, expenses arising out of my use of the premises and facilities and my participation in the Games, except those resulting from gross or willful negligence. I agree that the sale of non-Clan merchandise is prohibited. I also understand and agree that pets are not permitted at the Savannah Scottish Games and that the abuse of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated.
